Do you do pop ups and festivals? 
Our main focus is catered and private events. However, we're always open to hearing about new opportunities. Feel free to shoot us an email with the details! Hello@smorethanatreat.com 

What is the typical cost to have the camper at my event?
We do have a pricing structure that varies upon hours of service, approximate headcount, and location. Our base S'mores service starts at $22 pp (min 100ppl) If you need more details go ahead and submit a quote inquiry here and we'll be in touch!

Where do you travel?
We're based out of Central New Jersey but can and will travel to

NJ, NY, PA and beyond! 

Do you have power requirements?
Not usually as we are 100% battery powered!

Do you serve alternative dietary options?
Every package comes standard with traditional marshmallows and traditional s'more ingredients. However,  yes we can certainly accommodate requests to adjust our offerings to match dietary needs.

What is on your menu?
Our baseline menu is our S'mores bar package which comes with your choice of 4 gourmet s'more flavors chosen from our list of 30+  flavor combinations, plus the classic s'more (of course).   In addition we do also offer gourmet hot coco and other beverages depending on the time of year.

Is your camper customizable?
Here at STAT we're big on the small details. So yes! We love to adorn Toasty (our camper) with finishes that help to make him more cohesive to your event!  The service window side of the camper was intentionally designed with just black and white as to not clash with any color possible schemes. Get in touch if you have ideas you'd like to explore! 

Can you just set up for one hour at my event?
Although we are self contained, we do not set up or tear down in front of guests. We do charge $65/hour for standby time.

How much is the deposit to reserve the camper?
The non refundable deposit amount required to reserve the camper for your event is 50% of the final booking price and signed terms of agreement at the time of booking. We require a 7-10 business day notice from booking to prepare. Please note that booking is contingent on availability.

How many campers/carts do you have?
We currently have 1 camper and 2 Hot Cocoa carts ready for dispatch at any given moment.

When is final payment due?
The final balance is due 10 days before your event.
We prefer for you to pay the invoice online via credit card

How long does a typical s'mores bar service last?

Standard service runs 2.5 hours, which accommodates most guests' dessert enjoyment patterns. Extended service options are available for longer events or continuous access throughout your gathering.
